The company's products cover: frame type circuit breakers, thermomagnetic molded case circuit breakers, electronic molded case circuit breakers, leakage molded case circuit breakers, photovoltaic high-voltage molded case circuit breakers, photovoltaic DC molded case circuit breakers, intelligent measurement molded case circuit breakers, double-break molded case circuit breakers and various parts and components.

Chapter 2: Mathematically Intelligent Internet of Things, Planning for the Future

According to the company's strategic development needs, our Wuhu production base will be built. From low-voltage circuit breaker industry to medical, auto parts, new energy and other fields. Our industrial park in Wuhu has a total construction area of more than 100,000 m2, and has introduced vehicle management system, visitor management system and security system. It realizes the separation of people and vehicles, and ensure the efficient and safe operation of logistics and people flow in the entire park. Our company has a 10,000m2 R&D building integrating R&D, test and experiment, has introduced advanced R&D technologies such as 3D simulation and failure analysis, and has established an experimental center that conforms to CNAS standards.

With mold design and processing as the core, the slow wire cutting, high-precision EDM, CNC machine tools, engraving machine and other precision processing equipment have the ability to design and manufacture precision molds for stamping, DMC, injection molding, etc

Based on the MMS mold management system, the whole life cycle of the mold is controlled. The molds are distributed intelligently by using stereo storage+AGV for injection molding, DMC and stamping workshops.

The APS system is used to implement pull-production, and AGV is responsible for JIT distribution of raw materials. The stamping process realizes the forming of multiple processes at one time. The parts are transported to the heat treatment workshop with an unmanned forklift. After being modulated, they are transferred to the welding workshop through the building control elevator system. The products are welded by automatic welding equipment.

The parts and components are transferred to the assembly workshop through the rubber box robot to realize automatic assembly. The intelligent factory adopts a customized WMS warehousing and logistics system, and sets up a 5G base station in the park to achieve unified management of warehousing and logistics. WCS dispatching system controls AGV automatic transportation and box robot automatic warehousing. ERP automatically issues the shipment plan, and the material box robot automatically completes the ex-warehousing sorting.

Our company anchored Industry 4.0 and upgraded to digital and intelligent industries. We have introduced seven information-based systems, such as PLM, OA and MES, built an integrated platform integrating full coverage of business management, analysis of business decision data and intelligent manufacturing to achieve refined management and build an Intelligent "AceReare " Group.
